TUESDAY DECEMBER 9TH, 2025 OPERATING STATUS


Due to the current weather conditions, H-NNCSB will be opening at 10:00 a.m., December 9th, for most programs. Staff for all essential 24-hour programs and residential services are required to report to work as scheduled. 


Day Programs will Open at 10:00 a.mDay programs will open at 10:00 a.m. for individuals served.

  

Operational Status Communication Systems

  • Operational status information will be communicated via email updates to staff work email addresses. 
  • Text messages to all agency issued telephones will be sent. Agency staff may subscribe personal phones to the emergency text messaging system via registration on the H-NNCSB intranet (Emergency Text Messages Registration).
  • Operational status will be communicated via the H-NNCSB website at www.hnncsb.org.
  • Operational status will be communicated via the H-NNCSB Social Media outlets as available.
  • Operational status will be communicated via our H-NNCSB Cell Phone Alerts.
  • Operational status for the general public will also be communicated via the main H-NNCSB Switchboard at 757.788.0300 with a pre-recorded announcement when the Agency is closed. Due to call volume, staff should use the above methods rather than the main switchboard.
