H-NNCSB outpatient services will be closed on Friday July 3rd in observance of Independence Day. Residential programs and Crisis and Emergency programs at the BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center will operate on a normal schedule. 


The Hampton Roads Clinic will operate 5:15 am - 10:00 am on Friday July 3rd and will be closed on Saturday July 4th.

BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center

BJ Roberts Behavioral Health Center is a 24/7 urgent care facility in Hampton, Virginia, dedicated to supporting adults experiencing behavioral health or substance use crises.


The center provides immediate walk-in access to crisis assessment, emergency psychiatric services, and short-term stabilization care. Through programs such as the 23-hour Crisis Observation Program and the Regional Crisis Stabilization Center, individuals receive comprehensive services including psychiatric evaluation, nursing and medical support, counseling, care coordination, and peer recovery assistance.


The center also partners with Marcus Alert and Emergency Services to ensure rapid response, crisis intervention, and connection to appropriate ongoing care for those in need.
