Developmental Services includes residential care, in-home services, case management, and group programs.

Adult Developmental Disability Case Management
Case Management assists individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in accessing services, supports, and resources within their community, utilizing a person-centered approach. Case Management functions as the entry to access needed community resources and services. The Case Management Discharge Planner assists in transitioning individuals from State Institutions into community placements.
In order to be eligible, an individual must have a diagnosis of a developmental disability and must meet the functional and financial eligibility as stated in the Department of Behavioral Health Community Services Manual.
Case Management Services include:
- Determination of eligibility for Intellectual Disability Waiver Services
- Assistance in transitioning from state facility-based services to local community-based services
- Assessing needs, coordinating, and planning services
- Linking and assisting individuals in obtaining needed services, supports, and resources
- Enhancing community integration and employment
- Monitoring service delivery
Community served: Adults 18 and over with a diagnosed intellectual disability

Creative Options Day Support Program
Creative Options offers an opportunity for individuals to engage in activities by supporting individuals based on what is identified in their Person-Centered Plan. This program supports adults interested in developing skills toward employment and community engagement, creating meaningful relationships in the community, developing problem solving skills, and managing their own social and behavioral needs. Services are delivered onsite and at various locations within the community.
Community served: Adults 18 and over with a diagnosed developmental disability and with the following criteria:
- Current tuberculosis screening and physical exam within one year by a physician.
- Medically clear of infectious or communicable diseases.
- Must not be violet, agitated, suicidal, or homicidal.
- Must be Medicaid/Waiver eligible.
- Enrollment is based on program availability.
