Rapid Access, also known as Same Day Access, allows for same-day walk-in service for intake (agency registration) and scheduling for therapy appointment.
Instead of scheduling an intake appointment in advance for mental health and substance use disorder services, you may walk in to the locations listed above without an appointment and be seen the same day to complete registration paperwork and a clinical assessment.
Appointments for therapy services will be scheduled within 10 working days of your initial clinical assessment.
We do not offer Rapid Access to psychiatric services; therefore, you will not see a doctor right way or receive medications on your first visit. Once your clinical assessment is complete, the clinician will provide information on your next steps, including how you can arrange to see a psychiatrist to get medication.
If you are in need of emergency mental health treatment, please call 911, go to the nearest emergency room or call
